GENERAL

• When you create an account on the website, you are deemed to have read, understood and are subject to all Terms and Conditions on the website.
• Make sure you can/have applied the principle: NO LUCKY, NO PROBLEM & LUCKY, AMAZING.
• Make sure you don’t feel disadvantaged if it turns out you weren’t lucky when you bought a lottery ticket for one of the products.

LOTTERY PRODUCTS

• Every product on the website is included in the lottery system. The time period that we create for each lottery product is 12 months from the time the product is published and has a varying number of tickets with a ticket price of $ 10 USD. However, if before the specified date ends, the number of tickets has been sold out, the system will automatically close the lottery and immediately process who will be the winner immediately (when the last lottery ticket is sold). And if the end date is almost finished (+ 7 days) and it turns out that tickets have not been sold out, then the end date will be extended another 12 months from the actual end date. After being extended, tickets sold out a few moments later, the system is the same as above. And so on. In essence, the end date of each lottery product PERIOD is not the date you see next to the product, but rather when the last lottery ticket of the lottery product in question was sold.
• For lottery winners in each PERIOD will appear on the LOTTERY WINNERS page; also on the top left @ lottery products that have ended and will receive an email notification as a lottery winner (to be sure, please click on the name of the lottery product won attached to the email), as well as those who have not been lucky enough to win the lottery will receive an email notification that no luck yet. There is no charge whatsoever for those of you who are lucky enough to win the lottery.

TICKETS

• The number of tickets per user/individual/person for 1 product is not limited to how many (for example: you want to buy 1 ticket, 2 tickets, 3 tickets, and so on… it’s up to you).
• For those of you who are lucky and those who are not lucky, you are not prohibited from buying lottery tickets again in other lottery products and in the next PERIOD (it’s up to you how many times you want to participate and how many products you participate in).
• The raffle ticket number is your USERNAME. The system will record your USERNAME in the order of tickets in the lottery product you participate in according to the number of tickets you purchased (example: if you buy 1 ticket for one of the lottery products, the system will record your USERNAME 1 time in the lottery product list; and if you buy 10 tickets for one of the lottery products, the system will record your USERNAME 10 times in the lottery product list; and so on).
• Lottery tickets that have been purchased (already paid for) cannot be canceled or exchanged for tickets from other lottery products.

PERIOD (PR-)

• We use the word PERIOD (PR-) at the end of each lottery product name as a round sign (example: AAA PR-1, AAA PR-2, AAA PR-3 and so on).
• Each PERIOD on Lottery Products has only 1 draw winner

PAYMENT

• Our payment system currently only uses PAYPAL services and DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS via PAYPAL using the currency $ USD (3% fee). Also possible with crypto currency via XaiGate (USDT / ETH / BTC / LTC and many other) with a 0% fee from us. Apart from that, you can also use Wallet Payment (0% fee) which has been filled in first.
• Your payment is checked automatically by our payment system, so you don’t need to confirm the payment again.
• Payments that have been successfully made cannot be canceled for any reason, other than waiting for the draw results.
• We will never send the account and payment link manually unless you follow the automatic payment process on the website when you place an order.

ORDER

Orders that have been made and then ignored by you (have not/did not make payment), will be automatically deleted by the system within 28 days.

PRIZE

• If you are a lottery winner from the lottery product you participated in, you will receive FUNDS from the lottery PRIZE you participated in which will go into your ACCOUNT BALANCE (later you can check it on the MY WALLET page, you can also check it on the TRANSACTIONS page for your financial incoming and outgoing data).
• The process of funds from prizes obtained in a maximum of 1×24 hours (counting from the time of the drawing carried out by the system) has been entered/added to your Deposit Balance.
• To withdraw funds obtained from lottery prizes, you can do so via the PERSONAL TICKET AREA form.
• There is no upfront fee/down payment to receive a lottery prize.

DEPOSIT BALANCE

• Minimum add Deposit Balance $ 100.00 USD and maximal $ 100,000.00 USD.
• When adding a balance, there is a 3% fee (via PayPal). But, don’t worry because we will add 3% to your balance of your total deposit (for example, if you deposit $ 100.00 USD, then you will receive a balance of $ 103.00 USD).
• The process of adding the balance that has been paid automatically goes into your ACCOUNT BALANCE (later you can check it on the MY WALLET page, you can also check the TRANSACTIONS page for your financial incoming and outgoing data).
• You, as a user of the website, can transfer funds/balances to other users of the website (there are no transfer fees). The minimum transfer of funds/balance to other users of the website is $ 10.00 USD and there are no fees. The process of transferring funds/balances to other users of the website takes place immediately (the funds/balances go directly into the accounts of other users of the website when you transfer funds/balances).
• The deposit balance cannot be withdrawn other than being used to purchase lottery tickets and transferred to other website users. Funds that can be withdrawn are funds obtained from affiliates, resellers and lottery prizes (withdrawal fees vary by country).
• Sometimes when you click “Add” when you want to add a deposit balance, something like the image below appears:  , but don’t worry. Please reopen https://lotereworld.com/ and at the top left click “View cart” then please follow the next steps.

TAXES and FEES

• All lottery products on the website are subject to tax (VAT) whose value varies in each country and is charged to you/participants when purchasing lottery tickets (*there are several countries where tax is free). Except for additional deposit balances, it is not taxable, but there is a 3% fee as a transaction fee.
• Gift taxes are borne by you (if you’re the lucky one). However, you are not asked to pay before receiving the prize, but it will be deducted from the amount of the prize you get.
• Apart from taxes, there is a 3% fee (via PayPal) as a transaction fee (only applies to purchasing lottery tickets, adding to deposit balance and for advertising).

COOPERATION/PARTNERS

• Currently we do not have collaborations/partners with any parties related to the prizes we offer.
• We are not responsible if one day there is an error or problem between you and the website’s affiliates and resellers, you will resolve the error or problem yourself with them.

COMMUNICATION

• For those of you who use this website, you must always use the PERSONAL TICKET AREA menu to communicate with us (so that all communications can be recorded and to speed up solving related problems).
• If someone contacts you in any form on behalf of us / lotereworld.com, you should not immediately follow what they ask. You must confirm first with us via the website in the PERSONAL TICKET AREA menu.
• We are not responsible if you experience losses in any form due to your own negligence.
